PEOPLE WHO REFLECT THE VISION: STRAIGHT TALKING, ENTREPRENEURIAL AND FOCUSED ON PRACTICAL RESULTS.

BSF people are selected to mirror our ethos. We aim to bring entrepreneurial solutions to our clients in a hands-on, practical, well thought through way. All with an urgency that reflects the need for fast results, where getting it right matters and people care passionately.

We believe our team can deliver this vision and get results. Why? Because they are unique and are in fact a little split-personality. By this we mean that each member of our team has been classically trained working for industry leading, cutting-edge organisations but they have also crucially done the hard yards deep in the trenches of start-ups where getting it wrong means company failure.

This means we are very comfortable working in a serviced office bulldozing through problems a start-up is facing in the morning and then “suiting-up” in the afternoon to take on the latest city hotshot to talk funding or negotiating a business sale.

Straight talking and entrepreneurial, we have been exactly where you are.
